CYQ Certificate and Diploma in Personal Training, Level 3 - Overview
The Certificate in Personal Training consists of two course modules - Advanced Instruction Personal Training and Nutrition for Physical Activity. The Diploma covers the above two modules together with Business and Marketing Skills.
The core competencies for a successful career in Personal Training
The aim of this qualification is to recognise the skills, knowledge and competence required for an individual to work unsupervised as a Personal Trainer. This includes being able to offer one-to-one training, baseline assessment, nutritional advice and progressive programming which is specific to the individual needs of a client. The Certificate and Diploma are recognised by the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs) at Level 3.

Total cost: £1,335
